Our Story

From creator closet sales to second-life fashion.

Loovly started with a real creator problem: too many loved, gifted, and story-worn pieces sitting unused after the content was made.

As a content creator and brand ambassador from Managua, Nicaragua, Neydy Fierro saw how creators across Latin America were already selling through Instagram closet accounts, DMs, and in-person closet sale events. Loovly turns that existing behavior into a cleaner, more trusted, and more scalable social resale experience.

Founder

Meet Neydy Fierro.

Neydy Fierro is a professional content creator, influencer, and brand ambassador from Managua, Nicaragua. For years, she has worked with brands across Latin America, the United States, and Europe — creating content, styling products, and helping brands connect with real audiences.

But behind the polished content was a practical problem creators know well: after the shoot, campaign, or unboxing, many pieces still have value but no simple next step. Some are lightly worn. Some are unused. Some are gifted pieces that deserve another life.

Instead of letting those items pile up, creators in Nicaragua and across Latin America often open separate Instagram closet sale profiles, post products to stories, answer DMs manually, and sometimes organize in-person closet sale events with other creators.

The insight

The behavior already existed. Loovly makes it easier.

Creators already sell through social.

Closet sale accounts, stories, DMs, and local events already prove demand. Loovly does not ask creators to learn a new behavior — it gives them a better system for something they already do.

Followers already ask about pieces.

Creators are constantly asked where pieces are from, whether they are available, or whether they would sell them. Loovly turns that attention into a simple closet link.

Brands need better post-campaign value.

Gifted products and campaign pieces often lose visibility after the first post. Loovly gives creators and brands a way to keep products discoverable, measurable, and useful.

Mission

Loovly’s mission is simple.

Give every loved piece a second life.

Loovly helps creators turn story-worn, gifted, lightly used, and unused pieces into shoppable creator closets. The goal is to reduce waste, reduce clutter, create income, and make circular fashion feel personal, social, and easy.

Reduce waste

Help usable pieces stay in circulation instead of sitting unused or being discarded.

Create income

Give creators a simple way to earn from pieces their followers already love.

Make resale social

Bring trust, story, and creator identity into secondhand fashion.

Help brands extend impact

Allow brands to turn creator gifting, affiliate codes, and content into longer-lasting product discovery.

Creator culture

Inspired by real creator closet culture.

In Nicaragua and other parts of Latin America, creator closet sales are already a real behavior. Creators build Instagram closet profiles, post items manually, answer buyer questions in DMs, and sometimes join together for local closet sale events where followers can shop in person.

Loovly brings this behavior into one clean flow: list the piece, share the closet, capture interest, follow up with buyers, and grow through creator referrals.

The loop

A social loop for second-life style.

1
Creator lists a piece

A creator uploads a gifted, story-worn, lightly used, or unused item.

2
Followers browse the closet

The creator shares one Loovly link through Instagram, TikTok, Linktree, WhatsApp, or stories.

3
Buyers show interest

Followers submit interest and contact details before checkout opens.

4
Creator follows up

During beta, creators can contact interested buyers through Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.

5
The piece gets another life

Items move from unused closet inventory to someone who wants them.

6
Followers become creators

Buyers and followers can open their own closet, creating a repeatable organic loop.

Creator referrals

Creators can grow the network together.

Loovly is built to grow through creator networks. When creators invite other creators, they help expand the second-life fashion loop — and when checkout is live, eligible direct referrals can earn a small commission from sales generated by creators they invite.

Referral commission tracking is being prepared for Loovly checkout. No payouts are active during beta.

Brands

Where creators and brands meet.

Loovly also gives brands a cleaner way to work with creators. A product can be gifted, styled, listed, shared, and measured — while creators can include affiliate links or product codes when relevant.

Sustainability

A more useful path before waste.

Loovly is not about pushing people to buy more. It is about helping useful pieces stay useful. A dress, bag, accessory, or gifted item that no longer fits one creator’s closet may be exactly what someone else wants.

Less clutter

Creators can clear space without losing the value of their pieces.

More reuse

Followers can discover pieces that already exist.

More circular

Products move through communities instead of sitting unused.

I saw creators around me already doing closet sales through Instagram and in-person events. Loovly came from wanting to make that easier, cleaner, and more sustainable — for creators, followers, and the pieces themselves.
