Cookie & tracking policy

This page lists the cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies Loovly uses on loovly.app today, what each one does, and how you can control them. It complements the Privacy policy.

Last updated: 2026-06-24

What we use them for

  • Keep you signed in and remember your locale and small UI preferences.
  • Measure traffic, page performance, and aggregate funnel behavior so we can improve the product.
  • Measure the performance of ads and acquisition campaigns we run on Meta and Google.

Essential (always on)

  • Authentication cookies (sign-in session, used by our auth provider).
  • Locale and small preference flags stored in your browser.
  • Security and rate-limit signals used to keep the service safe.

Analytics & ads measurement

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic and event data (pageviews, basic conversion events).
  • Google Tag Manager — loads/manages the analytics tags above.
  • Meta Pixel — aggregate measurement of Meta-driven traffic and campaign performance. Loovly intentionally does not pass form-field contents (such as email or buyer-interest message bodies) into Meta Pixel events.

No sale of personal information

Loovly does not sell your personal information. We use the analytics and ads-measurement tools above to understand traffic and measure marketing performance, not to sell data to third parties.

How to control tracking

  • You can opt out of analytics/ads cookies in your browser settings or with a browser-level tracking-protection extension.
  • On Apple devices, App Tracking Transparency controls cross-app tracking by Meta and others.
  • You can also clear cookies and reset device identifiers in your browser/OS settings.

Minors

Loovly is not directed to children under 13. See the Minors section of the Privacy policy.
