Overview

By using Loovly you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, and the policies linked at the bottom of every page.

Eligibility & account use

• •You must be at least 16 and able to enter binding agreements where you live.
• •You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
• •Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, brand, or business.

Loovly's role

• •Loovly is a platform that hosts creator storefronts, listings, drops, and brand collaborations.
• •Loovly does not hold inventory, ship items, or guarantee any transaction outside of Loovly Checkout once enabled.
• •Loovly may moderate listings, accounts, campaigns, and brand activity at its discretion.

Creator responsibilities

• •Only list items you own or are authorized to sell.
• •Accurately describe condition, sizing, materials, and price.
• •Respond to buyer questions promptly and handle shipping when applicable.
• •Follow our Seller policy and Prohibited items policy.

Buyer responsibilities

• •Submitting interest is a non-binding request to learn more; it is not a purchase or contract.
• •When Loovly Checkout becomes available, completing checkout creates an order subject to our Buyer protection policy.
• •Off-platform payments arranged with a creator are not covered by Loovly.

Public beta / checkout status

Public checkout, payments, payouts, and creator/brand subscriptions are not active yet. Buyer interest is the current public CTA. References to fees, payouts, or subscription billing describe how Loovly will operate once those systems are enabled.

Brand & collaboration participation

• •Brands may be invited to Loovly to host private campaign drafts and invite creators.
• •Brand subscriptions are reviewed manually during beta.
• •Brand campaign terms apply to all brand/creator collaborations on Loovly.

Off-platform payments

Payments arranged outside Loovly are not covered by Loovly Checkout protection. Loovly cannot verify, track, refund, or protect off-platform payments.

Listings & content ownership

• •You retain ownership of content you upload.
• •You grant Loovly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your listings on the platform.
• •You may remove content at any time, subject to legitimate record-keeping needs.

Enforcement, suspension & removal

• •We may hide or remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate our policies.
• •We may share information with law enforcement when required by law.
• •We may discontinue features or change pricing with reasonable notice.
