Privacy

This page explains how Loovly collects and uses information today. It only describes practices that are actually in place. Anything that depends on Loovly Checkout, payouts, or subscription billing is explicitly noted as future-state until those systems are publicly enabled.

What we collect

  • Account information you provide (email, name, username, profile, preferences, age confirmation, Terms acceptance).
  • Listing and storefront content you upload (photos, descriptions, prices, drops).
  • Buyer interest submissions you choose to send to creators, including the contact details you provide (e.g. email and, if you add it, WhatsApp / phone number).
  • Support and feedback you send to Loovly.
  • Referral, ambassador, and partner-attribution activity (referral handle, partner slug, UTM source/medium/campaign).
  • Basic technical signals (IP, device, locale, approximate region) to keep the service running and secure.
  • Analytics, ads-measurement, and product-event data collected via Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

How we use it

  • To operate creator storefronts, buyer interest, drops, follows, and saved items.
  • To deliver buyer-interest confirmation emails, creator notification emails, and product/lifecycle emails you have opted into.
  • To answer support requests and improve the product.
  • To measure traffic and the performance of acquisition campaigns (including Meta and Google ads).
  • To detect abuse, spam, fraud, or policy violations.

What is public

  • Closet/storefront URLs, public listing details, drops, and content you publish.
  • Public creator profile fields (display name, photo, bio, links you add).

What stays private

  • Your email address, account settings, and private notes.
  • Buyer interest message contents are visible only to you and the receiving creator.
  • Support tickets are visible only to you and the Loovly team.

Communications

  • Transactional emails (e.g. buyer interest confirmations, creator notifications, support replies) are always sent.
  • Marketing or newsletter emails are opt-in or opt-out from your settings.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Third-party services & subprocessors

  • Infrastructure & hosting (Cloudflare, edge runtime).
  • Database, authentication & storage (Supabase).
  • Email delivery (Mailgun, via the Loovly email queue).
  • Analytics & product events (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel, used for traffic measurement and campaign attribution).
  • Payment infrastructure (Stripe — only used for plan billing where applicable; Loovly Checkout is not yet live).
  • These providers act under data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies & tracking

See our Cookie policy for the cookies, pixels, and similar technologies Loovly uses, what they do, and how to control them in your browser. Loovly intentionally does not pass form-field contents (such as email or buyer-interest message bodies) into ad pixels.

Referral & attribution data

When you arrive via a referral link, creator link, partner slug, or marketing campaign, Loovly may store the referring handle, partner slug, and UTM parameters to attribute the signup correctly and (where applicable) to credit the referring creator or partner.

When Loovly Checkout is enabled

Once Loovly Checkout is publicly enabled, we will collect order, shipping, and payment metadata required to process payments and protect buyers. That data will be governed by this policy plus the Buyer protection and Refunds policies.

Minors

Loovly is not directed to children under 13. You must confirm you are at least 13 to create an account, and at least 18 to use creator/seller features. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, email hello@loovly.app and we will delete it.

International users

Loovly is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our subprocessors operate.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport, scoped access, audit logging, and per-table access policies on our database — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect an issue with your account, contact us immediately.

Your choices

  • Edit or delete profile information from your settings.
  • Request account deletion or data export via support (hello@loovly.app).
  • Ask what information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of non-essential email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing or lifecycle email.
