Do buyers need to download an app?
No. Followers can browse public closets and submit interest from any browser — including Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok in-app browsers.
Can buyers purchase right now?
Not yet. During beta, followers submit buyer interest and the creator follows up directly. Checkout and protected payments are coming soon.
How does buyer interest work?
Followers tap a piece, submit their contact details, and the creator sees the lead in their Buyer Interest inbox.
How do creators contact interested buyers?
Creators can copy the buyer’s email, phone, Instagram, or WhatsApp and follow up directly. Loovly does not run in-app chat during beta.
Is checkout live?
Not yet. Checkout, protected payments, and creator payouts are in progress and will launch after beta.
How does the referral program work?
Each creator has a one-level referral link. When another creator signs up through it, they are attributed to the referrer. Commission tracking is prepared for when checkout goes live.
Is the ambassador program the same as referrals?
No. The ambassador program is a separate, admin-managed invite program. Standard creator referrals are open to every creator.
