Seller policy
BETACreators on Loovly are independent sellers. This policy summarizes what we expect from creators today and what will apply once Loovly Checkout and payouts are enabled.
Who can sell
- •Anyone with a verified Loovly creator account, in good standing with our policies.
- •You may only list items you own or are authorized to sell.
Listing accuracy
- •Titles, photos, descriptions, sizing, and condition must reflect the actual item.
- •Disclose flaws, alterations, or non-original components.
- •Don't use stock or stolen photos as representations of your item.
Pricing & availability
- •Set prices in your supported currency.
- •Mark items as sold or remove them once unavailable.
Shipping & fulfillment
- •You ship directly to the buyer. Loovly does not hold inventory.
- •Once Loovly Checkout is live, ship within the timeframe stated in the listing (typically 3–5 business days).
- •Provide tracking where available.
Communication expectations
Respond to buyer interest, questions, and support requests in a reasonable timeframe. Slow or absent responses can affect future plan access, featured eligibility, and reviews when reviews go live.
Returns & disputes participation
When Loovly Checkout is enabled, you must participate in good-faith resolution of any returns, refunds, or disputes per the Returns & refunds and Buyer protection policies.
Platform fee overview
Platform fees apply only to completed Loovly Checkout orders once checkout is enabled. See Platform fees for details.
Payout overview
Payouts will be released for eligible, completed Loovly Checkout orders once payouts are enabled. See Creator payouts for details.
Prohibited listings
See Prohibited items for what cannot be listed on Loovly.
Enforcement
We may hide or remove listings, restrict features, hold or reverse future payouts, or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
