Buyer protection
BETALoovly Buyer protection applies only to eligible purchases made through Loovly Checkout. Public checkout is not live yet, so no purchases are currently protected by Loovly. The rules below apply once Loovly Checkout is enabled.
What Buyer protection is
A set of safeguards on eligible Loovly Checkout orders, including order-funds hold, dispute review, and refund eligibility for qualifying cases.
When it applies
- •Purchase completed via Loovly Checkout.
- •Issue reported within the eligible reporting window (typically 7 days of delivery).
- •Required evidence provided.
What's covered
- •Item not delivered.
- •Item lost in transit (with valid tracking evidence).
- •Item damaged in transit.
- •Item is materially different from the listing.
- •Wrong item received.
- •Counterfeit or prohibited item.
What's not covered
- •Buyer change of mind.
- •Fit or size preference if the listing was accurate.
- •Minor color variation from photos.
- •Delays outside the creator's reasonable control if tracking shows active movement.
- •Pre-existing wear that was clearly disclosed.
- •Off-platform / external payments.
Required evidence
- •Order confirmation or product link.
- •Clear photos of the item received.
- •Tracking number (if applicable).
- •Short description of how the item differs from the listing.
Reporting window
Report issues within 7 days of delivery via Buyer support or hello@loovly.app.
Resolution process
Loovly may contact both parties, request additional evidence, and make a decision based on policy. Decisions are typically made within 5–10 business days once checkout is enabled.
Important exclusions
Buyer protection does not apply to off-platform payments, undocumented disputes, or items outside the eligible reporting window.
