Shipping policy

Each creator ships their own items. Loovly does not hold inventory. Public checkout is not live yet — the rules below describe what will apply once Loovly Checkout is enabled and an actual order exists.

How fulfillment works

  • Creators package and ship items themselves.
  • Loovly does not handle physical delivery.
  • Buyer interest is a non-binding request to learn more; it does not create an order or shipping obligation.

Creator responsibilities

  • Ship within the timeframe stated on the listing (typically 3–5 business days).
  • Use protective packaging suitable for the item.
  • Provide tracking where available.

Tracking expectations

Tracking is strongly recommended and may be required for certain order values or for buyer protection eligibility once checkout is enabled.

Delivery issues

  • If tracking confirms delivery, lost-package claims are reviewed case by case.
  • Damaged packages should be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Materially incorrect items are handled per Buyer protection.

Cross-border & customs

Cross-border shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless the creator explicitly states otherwise in the listing.

Addresses

Once Loovly Checkout is enabled, buyer shipping addresses will be collected at checkout and shared only with the seller for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
