Brand campaign terms

BETA

Brand campaigns on Loovly today are private, brand-initiated drafts that invite creators. Public managed-campaign monetization and brand billing are not yet enabled. These terms describe both the current beta and the model that will apply once billing is live.

Scope

A brand campaign is a brief from a Loovly brand inviting one or more creators to participate in defined activities — UGC content, story/feed posts, affiliate links or codes, product seeding, or storefront exposure.

Roles

  • Brand: defines brief, products, deliverables, timing, and compensation.
  • Creator: chooses whether to accept, executes agreed deliverables, and discloses the relationship.
  • Loovly: provides the platform, moderates conduct, and may assist with managed campaigns later.

Deliverables & expectations

Deliverables, formats, channels, and timelines must be clearly stated in the campaign brief. Creators retain creative control unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclosure requirements

Creators must disclose brand relationships in line with local law and platform requirements (e.g. "paid partnership", "#ad").

Usage rights (plain-language)

Brands may receive a limited, non-exclusive license to repost or repurpose campaign content on the brand's own channels, on agreed terms. Broader usage (paid media, ads) requires explicit creator agreement.

Product seeding

When physical products are sent for review, the brand covers shipping. Creators should disclose gifted items even if no other compensation is involved.

Affiliate & code rules

Affiliate links and codes assigned through a campaign are governed by Affiliate & creator codes.

Metrics & reporting

Loovly may surface clicks, code copies, deliverable completion, and accepted-creator counts. Loovly does not guarantee sales, revenue, or audience growth.

Beta & billing status

Brand billing and public managed campaigns are not active yet. Brands access campaign tooling via manual approval. See Subscription billing.

Conduct & enforcement

Loovly may remove brands, creators, or campaigns that violate platform policies, misrepresent themselves, or harm participants.
