Why prohibited items exist

These rules protect buyers, creators, brand partners, and the platform from harm, fraud, and legal risk.

Clearly prohibited

• •Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods.
• •Stolen, recalled, or illegally sourced goods.
• •Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and related accessories.
• •Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and regulated substances.
• •Hazardous materials, flammables, or unsafely modified electronics.
• •Adult or sexually explicit content, exploitative content, or anything involving minors.
• •Items violating health, safety, or import/export law in your market.
• •Misleadingly described or fraudulent listings.

Restricted with conditions

• •Pre-owned cosmetics or intimate apparel may be restricted by category or market.
• •Items requiring authenticity verification (e.g. luxury) must include accurate disclosure and supporting evidence on request.
• •Items requiring buyer age verification once Loovly Checkout supports it.

Authenticity expectations

You must accurately represent brand, model, condition, and provenance. Suspected counterfeits will be removed and may result in account action.

Enforcement

Listings violating this policy may be hidden or removed. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future payouts.
