Community guidelines
Loovly is a creator marketplace and social commerce community. These guidelines describe how we expect people to behave, what's not allowed, and the steps Loovly may take when something crosses the line. They work alongside our Terms, Prohibited items policy, and Report/Takedown process.
Be honest in listings
- •Describe items accurately — condition, sizing, materials, retail price, and whether the item is gifted, PR, or personally owned.
- •Don't fake reviews, follower counts, ambassador status, brand partnerships, sales, or sold-out claims.
- •Use real prices. Don't post placeholder prices to bait clicks.
Use content you have rights to use
- •Only upload photos, videos, logos, and copy that you own or are licensed to use.
- •Don't use brand or creator imagery you have no right to share.
- •Respect copyright, trademark, and publicity rights — see our DMCA / IP page.
Don't impersonate
- •Don't pretend to be another creator, brand, buyer, employee, or Loovly itself.
- •Don't run unauthorized fan accounts as if they were the real person or brand.
- •Don't use names, handles, or images designed to confuse buyers about who they're talking to.
No harassment, spam, or scams
- •No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
- •No spamming closets, comments, follows, or interest lists.
- •No phishing, scams, fake giveaways, or schemes that trick buyers into paying off-platform without protection.
No unsafe or prohibited products
- •No counterfeit, stolen, recalled, hazardous, or otherwise restricted items — see the Prohibited items policy.
- •No products making unsupported medical, health, weight-loss, or safety claims.
- •No items that violate payment processor, shipping carrier, or marketplace rules.
Be honest about brand relationships
- •Clearly disclose gifted, PR, sponsored, affiliate, and paid-partnership relationships.
- •Don't claim a brand collaboration, ambassadorship, or affiliate code you don't actually have.
- •Follow our Affiliate & creator codes disclosure policy and applicable FTC / EU advertising rules.
Don't collect sensitive payment data
Don't use Loovly closets, messages, or external links to collect credit card numbers, bank login credentials, or other sensitive payment information. Buyer payments will be handled through Loovly Checkout once enabled, or through legitimate external checkout providers you disclose.
Minors
Loovly is not directed to children under 13. Creators may not list products targeted to minors in ways that violate applicable child-safety, privacy, or advertising rules.
What Loovly can do
- •Hide or remove listings, drops, collections, or media that violate these guidelines.
- •Restrict features such as new listings, drops, monetization, payouts, or messaging.
- •Limit visibility in Discover, search, or recommended creators.
- •Suspend or terminate accounts in cases of serious or repeated violations.
- •Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.
Report a problem
If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, use the Report a problem flow on the listing or profile, or visit the Report page. Filing a report doesn't guarantee a specific outcome, but every report is reviewed by the Loovly team.
Our team can clarify any policy or help with a specific situation.
