Platform fees
BETALoovly platform fees apply only to completed orders processed through Loovly Checkout. Public checkout is not live yet, so no platform fees are currently being charged.
What the platform fee is
When Loovly Checkout is enabled, Loovly will deduct a platform fee from each completed eligible sale. The fee covers checkout infrastructure, payment processing, buyer protection, support, and platform operations.
When it applies
- •Only when an order is completed through Loovly Checkout.
- •Not on buyer interest submissions.
- •Not on off-platform / external payments.
- •Not on free actions such as follows, saves, or shares.
Default fee
The default platform fee for the Creator Starter plan is planned at 15% of the product subtotal. Shipping is excluded unless configured otherwise per market.
Plan-related differences
- •Creator Pro and Business may receive reduced or admin-configurable fees once subscriptions go live.
- •Brand campaign fees are governed separately by Brand campaign terms.
Example fee logic
A $100 product (excluding shipping) on Creator Starter would owe a $15 platform fee, leaving $85 to the creator before any payment-processor costs.
What does not count as completed checkout revenue
- •Buyer interest submissions.
- •Items marked sold off-platform by a creator.
- •Test-mode transactions.
- •Cancelled or refunded orders (per Returns & refunds).
Beta note
No platform fees are currently charged. Pricing and fee structures may be adjusted before full public launch.
