Creator payouts

Beta status

No bank or payout details are collected today. Stripe Connect onboarding is not publicly enabled. No payouts are currently processed.

When payouts will apply

Payouts will apply to creators with eligible completed Loovly Checkout orders, once payouts are enabled and the creator has completed payout onboarding.

Payout eligibility

• •The order must be completed through Loovly Checkout.
• •The creator must have completed onboarding (KYC, payout method) once that flow is enabled.
• •The order must not be in active refund or dispute review.
• •Platform fees and any plan-specific deductions are applied first.

Holds & reversals

• •Payouts may be held during refund, dispute, or fraud review.
• •Confirmed refunds reverse the related payout amount.
• •Buyer protection outcomes may reduce or reverse payouts.

Creator responsibilities

• •Fulfill shipping and respond to buyer issues in a timely manner.
• •Keep tax and payout information accurate once collected.
• •Cooperate with disputes and refund reviews.

Off-platform payments

Off-platform payments are arranged directly between creator and buyer. Loovly does not process or release payouts for those transactions.
